Your Toddler's Good Health continues with Annual Check-Ups:

  • Annual Physical Exams
  • Follow visits if there are health concerns
  • Referrals if there are health concerns
  • Lab Work (specific to your toddler's health needs)
  • Lab follow ups depending on results
  • Immunizations
  • Vision and hearing exams
  • Lead screening. Your child requires 2 lead screens by age 15 months. If these are not completed your child may require 2 catch up lead screens
  • Preventative visits
  • Other tests and services

Immunizations are discussed and given (if appropriate) at well visits. We follow the American Academy of Pediatrics Guidelines for the schedule of these well visits and immunizations. This schedule may vary due to certain reasons, including your toddler's health. Please check with us to make sure your toddler is up-to-date with his/her immunizations of if you have any vaccine concerns.
